At the Overlook, we are very flexible about the alcohol. While
we will provide the alcohol, mixers, and barware for you; you have the
flexibility to set the bar up as a cash bar (where your guests pay), or host
the bar (where you pay for the bar). There is a minimum cash bar fee of $500.
You
are also able to set a budget for the hosted bar, and we'll check-in with you
when you are getting close to your budget and let you make the decision to go
to cash or continue to host. We find that the majority of our clients host beer and wine
for their guests. On average those clients spend $8-$10 per person for the
evening. We are happy to help you design a bar package that meets your needs. |
